The connection between you, the traveler, and us, the Natures Cell, is governed by the terms and conditions set forth in this Tour Participation Agreement. You consent to be legally bound by the conditions of this Tour Participation Agreement by making a travel reservation. They include information about our cancellation policy and some liability restrictions.
Bookings & Payments : Reservation, To confirm your reservation, a 40% initial deposit of the tour cost is necessary. Final Payment: After arriving at the agreed-upon pick-up location, a deposit and the remaining balance should be paid. No partial payments are accepted.
Details : You must submit all necessary information together with the remaining balance of the trip cost in order for us to confirm your travel plans. The information you need to provide includes your entire name as it appears on a valid identity document, your birthdate, your nationality, and any pre-existing medical issues that would make it difficult for you to finalize your travel plans. It is your responsibility to decide if a Tour is appropriate for you. To ensure that you are healthy enough to travel and take part in any planned activities, you should speak with your doctor. Without the submission of this information, your reservation cannot be verified.
Age Requirements : A minor is somebody who is younger than 18 on the day of their first trip. All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Two minors may be accompanied by one adult. The minimum age for minors traveling on any Tour, unless otherwise specified in the Tour description or by the Tour Operator, is 12 years old.
The Tour Operator must review and approve all reservations involving minors. The accompanying adult is responsible for obtaining all consents, and documentation, and making sure they and any accompanying minors comply with all legal requirements to travel, enter into, and depart from applicable international agreements if the consent of a parent, guardian, or other person is required by applicable law for any minor to travel.
Acceptance Of Risk : You acknowledge that you have taken into account any possible hazards to your health and safety by traveling with Nature’s Cell. By participating in adventurous activities like those listed in Tour itineraries or otherwise provided by our tourism, you hereby assume all associated risks and release Natures Cell from any claims and causes of action arising from any losses, damages or injuries, or death resulting from risks associated with travel, visiting foreign countries, and other types of travel.
Prices & Surcharges : Variable and seasonal pricing, which are both common practices in the travel business, may apply to our trip costs. This implies that depending on supply, demand, market conditions, and availability, our travel rates may change at any time. It’s possible that other passengers on the same journey may have paid various prices. If you like the price you see, booking at that moment is your best choice. If you pay the required deposit before the quote expires, the pricing will be locked in once you’ve received it. After you have paid your deposit, you are not eligible for any price reductions or discounts.
Cancellation By The Participant : By notifying our tourism, you may cancel your reservation. If there are any cancellation fees, it will be calculated based on the date that our Tour Operator receives the notification of the cancellation and will be stated as a percentage of the entire cost of the canceled Tour, good, or service.
- A 10% cancellation fee will be charged from the total tour package, or Rs 5000, whichever is larger, and the remaining amount will be returned for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the start of the first service.
- A cancellation fee of 20% of the entire tour package, or Rs. 10,000, whichever is larger, will be deducted from the relevant booking if it is made between 20 and 30 days prior to the first service’s departure. The remaining amount will then be returned.
- A 25% cancellation fee will be applied from the total vacation package, or Rs. 18000, whichever is larger, and the remaining amount will be refunded for cancellations made between 15-20 days of the first service’s departure.
- A 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total tour package, or Rs. 25000, whichever is higher, and the remaining amount will be returned if the cancellation is made within 7 to 15 days of the first service’s departure.
- Cancellation made within the appropriate booking and received 0–7 days prior to the first service departing: The advance reservation will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and no refund will be given.
Limitation Of Liability : In order to help these third parties conduct our tours, we enter into agreements with a variety of businesses, organizations, and people. We disclaim all liability for the actions and inactions of these third parties.
You release us and our officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability and expressly waive any claims you may have against us arising out of or in connection with your participation in a trip, to the fullest extent permitted by law: any liability for any loss, death, injury, or damage which you may suffer (directly or indirectly) in connection with or arising out of your participation in a trip, or any breach of the Booking Conditions is excluded.
When an implied warranty cannot be disclaimed, our duty is strictly limited to the following (at our absolute discretion):
i. the offering of a comparable trip at a comparable cost; or
ii. A refund of the complete sum that you paid to us in connection with your reservation.
Any claim made by you is barred to the extent that it involves indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, loss of profits, or other economic loss, regardless of how those losses may occur.
